Ensure you are demonstrating the key aspects of the personal specification and job description

  • Show your best skills in your writing

  • Use the values of the trust to demonstrate who you are as a midwife

  • Practice deep empathy for the managers reading, and communicate what you can offer professionally and with confidence

INTERVIEW COACHING

These are intensive preparation sessions. Each Zoom session lasts an hour and fifteen minutes. Though you'll have closer to two hours of my full attention on your application in terms of administration, preparation and feedback so I can tailor your interview.

 
 

WRITTEN APPLICATION COACHING

These are intensive sessions. Each Zoom session lasts an hour and fifteen minutes. Though you'll have closer to two hours of my full attention on your application in terms of preparation and making sure you have the resources you need. Your main challenge will be the longform personal statement/supporting information section, and we’ll pay particular attention to this.

We can start with your draft, which I’ll review before we get started. Or we can start from scratch and plan together.
