Subscription: When you register on MidwifeDiaries to get the newsletter, or for personal statement school, we ask for your email address, first name, last name, and whether you’re an aspiring, student or qualified midwife. This is to keep track of users, keep the newsletter and personal statement school running without errors and to make sure we keep serving you with the right kind of content for your needs. You have the option of changing or deleting the data specified during registration at any time and can contact me on <a href="mailto:ellie@midwifediaries.com">ellie@midwifediaries.com</a> for help or follow the unsubscribe options in the newsletter or personal statement school. A transfer of your data to countries outside the European Economic Area does not take place. Our legal basis for the collection of registration data is Art. 6 (1) b) GDPR and the customer’s consent.

Cookies: We use cookies which are small text files that your browser saves to your computer. These help us analyse what you're using on Midwife Diaries in terms of pages or posts. Your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, limitation of processing, data portability and to withdraw consent: You can ask for the data we have stored about you at any time. I can send you this in an easy to read format so it's accessible on whatever machine you're reading on. We're always happy to edit delete, correct or remove sections of any personal data at any point you ask, unless there's an important legal reason for not doing so in which case we would get in touch with ICO for advice.
